    REGIONAL SITE ADMINISTRATOR (ADMINISTRATOR I)

    STUDENT SERVICES and OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR

    WETASKIWIN CAMPUS

Are you an excellent communicator?  If so, consider this opportunity with our Wetaskiwin regional campus! The Regional Site Administrator provides program information and assistance to prospective students, and provides support to programs and current students. 

      

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

      

    • Perform general reception duties; answer general questions and inquiries from all visitors, prospective and current students to ensure they are directed to the appropriate service or program.
    • Perform a preliminary screening of all prospective students to capture accurate information that will help direct students to the most relevant program, support or service.
    • Provide ongoing support and follow up with prospective students to ensure application and registration requirements have been met.
    • Liaises with program chairs and other institutional staff regarding application and registration processing, provides assistance with enrolment management and liaises with the Regional Student Advisor to ensure smooth delivery of all new and ongoing programming in Wetaskiwin.
    • Other administration duties as required.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    • Post-secondary diploma, preferably in office or business administration is required.
    • Equivalences may be considered.
    • 2-3 years in a customer service position, preferably in an educational setting.
    • Proficiency in MS Office is essential
    • Knowledge of Student Information Systems is strongly recommended
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Service oriented with a patient, positive attitude and good coping skills
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to prioritize workload, multi-task and deal with frequent interruptions

     

    SALARY:$43,015- $55,910 including immediate participation in our comprehensive benefit and pension programs
