Reporting to the Team Lead, the Research and Academic Innovation (RAI) Administrator role provides a full range of administrative support to the Dean’s Office and faculty at large. This role brings a high level of business acumen, providing support to functions such as: senior leadership calendar management, records management, awards administration, systems access, process development, and documentation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to quickly develop an understanding of the role of RAI within NorQuest College and the focus of each division. They will demonstrate the capability to work with senior leadership, colleagues and peers, supporting their needs across the faculty in order to ensure work is completed accurately in a fast-paced environment. This position demands a high level of organization, creativity, and the ability to set priorities, follow up, and meet deadlines independently. The successful candidate will be detailed oriented, enjoy and be proficient in building good relationships, and become a reliable resource for internal and external stakeholders and funders. They will have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and highly tuned organizational skills.
We are looking for a full-time cover off position for a maternity leave until January 30, 2025.

SALARY: $1,890-$2,456 biweekly ($49,129 - $63,854 annually) reflective of what you bring, AKA your education and experience. This is a full-time cover off position for a maternity leave until January 30, 2025 and is eligible for immediate participation in our comprehensive benefits program.
