INSTITUTIONAL RESEARCH ANALYST, CASUAL ACADEMIC RESEARCH and DEVELOPMENT     NorQuesters are difference makers and we’re searching for someone dedicated to making a difference to join our Institutional Research team as a Institutional Research Analyst on a casual basis.    The Research Analyst supports the College in meeting its Strategic Plan by supporting rigorous, client-driven institutional and applied research. The position requires self-direction, good relationship skills, and strong knowledge of research tools, methods, and procedures.   Up to two casual positions are available. Workloads vary based on project requirements and may include periods where no projects are available. Being compassionate and dependable are just a few of our “Q’s” and are qualities that would carry you through this role.   The Program Coordinator, Indigenous Programs, will be responsible for coordinating the development of a comprehensive and culturally responsive inSTEM (Indigenous Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) program for Indigenous youth who would participate in for-credit land camps and in-school land-based courses to gain high school credits. Instructors help learners acquire the knowledge, skills and attitude to meet the professional nursing standards. You will need to possess excellent communication skills as your primary role is to assist student understanding of the practical nurse scope of practice both face to face and online delivery.   The hours of work are usually day time, Monday to Friday; however clinical rotations may include an evening component.
